“Yes, we charge an additional $5 for visits on weekends, holidays and after 7pm. This fee also applies for last-minute visits (within 2-3 hours before the pet sitter needs to arrive). There is a $10 charge for every key dropoff”.

“It’s easy! The preferred method is by credit card. You can simply fill out the payment form, and email it to info@dogsgowalking.com. You can also give it to your pet sitter during the "meet & greet" when you wish to use our services. Your bill will be sent every Monday for services from the previous week.

Another way is to pay by check, which can be given to the pet sitter when you first meet him/her. If you are boarding, the entire stay must be paid in advance of the date of the booking. But if you are having visits, the first 7 days must be paid before the service begins.

We also accept payments via PayPal on our Pricing and Payment page for either the entire boarding/overnight sitting, or the first 7 days of visits. For further questions you can contact us directly and we will gladly answer all of your inquiries.”

“Please do. It is really better for us if you make a copy of your key, because if we have it, we can come by any time that you need us to. We keep a tag of your pet’s name on the key and we keep them safe when they are not in use. We will never enter your home unless you ask us to”.
