I must tell you that usually when I pick up Bugsy from anywhere, vet, boarding, grooming, he is very jumpy and upset. He almost always has a look on his face like "why did you do that to me"!

When we picked him up from spending 10 days with you and your husband, he got in the back of the car, laid down in the back seat and just relaxed! He was so calm it was amazing.

Thank you for what ever you did to make him feel comfortable.I would recommend your service to anyone that asks.
