Hi,
my name is Lisa and the Boxer in the picture
is my baby, Dempsey. He’s such a joy!
I’ve had Dempsey since he was 5 ½
weeks old and now he’s five years
old. Where does the time go?
Growing up in Massachusetts, we always had
dogs, all sizes, running around the house.
As a result, I became comfortable with any
size animal.
Later, I worked in law firms in Boston
for more than ten years. During that time,
I had my own dog walker. She was great!
I felt comfortable knowing that Dempsey
was happy and cared for. He wasn’t
locked up, alone, in the house all day.
Approximately 8 months ago, I, my husband,
and Dempsey moved to Delray Beach. I do
have to say, I don’t miss the Boston
winters. While searching for work in Florida,
I decided that I wanted to change my career
and do something I really enjoyed. That’s
when I joined DogsGoWalking as a pet sitter
and dog walker. Now I love my work. Just
looking at an animal makes me smile. And
it’s a pleasure to help other pet
parents as I was helped when I worked in
Boston. Who could ask for a better job?
