Hello fellow pet
and animal lovers. My name is Jorge, but you
can call me George. I got involved with DogsGoWalking
through my wife Olga. She is the beautiful
young lady in the picture next to mine posing
with our baby boy Bruno. We share the same
passion for animals. My story is a bit different
from hers’ though. I grew up as a latchkey
kid and an only child in Chicago; my pets
were my companions and friends. I usually
picked up strays and injured animals and nursed
them back to health. There was a point in
my childhood where I had a Doberman Pincher,
an alley cat, a baby squirrel, a finch and
a box turtle. All picked up from the street
and the neighborhood park. The baby squirrel
and the finch were found helpless and injured.
We were all living together and getting along.
I guess this is why my favorite subjects in
school have always been Biology and Zoology
and why my dream has always been to become
a vet. My involvement with DogsGoWalking has
brought me back to one the happiest times
in my childhood. I look forward to the opportunity
of taking care of your babies with all the
love and respect they deserve.
